  1. Hi Selva,
I Have Samsung a7(2018), but this feature is not working. I get an error as ” Couldn’t load the object,” Can you please let me know if there any patch to get this updated.

    • It will work only with Chrome or Chromium-based browsers. Try with the latest Google Chrome mobile browser.

    • We also check with the OnePlus 6. After open the view space give some time or go to the home and open the Chrome browser again. It will work.

    • I get the “Couldn’t load object” box for every animal. I click the view in 3d button, and then it eventually gives me that error. I have a Samsung Galaxy s10 with Verizon and opening Google through Chrome, and I have the Google Play store. I’ve been trying for two days with no luck on any animal.

      • Big sized animals like Lion only can load and view in the big surface. Afterload, you can adjust the size. When you can’t get any animals, try with the Chrome beta version. Sometimes the Ar will work after two or three attempts.

  2. Thanks for this info, but I still can’t get the View in my space to show. Samsung A40, Android 9, latest Chrome browser, and Google AR installed.

  4. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note10+, and I don’t see the “View in my space” either. I can only view the AR objects/animals when I open an incognito page in Chrome – otherwise, I get an error saying, “Couldn’t load object.” In incognito, the object/animal begins on a white background with no sound. I have the latest version of both Chrome and AR for Google Play Services + allowed all permissions incl. Camera.

    • Chrome versions may vary depending on the devices. So, Try with Chrome beta. The AR works fone on most of the Stock Android mobiles. But, In custom skin OS mobiles like Samsung and other devices, some issues happen.

    Cache is cleared

    • Some Samsung devices have problem with default browser. Try with Chrome beta or Chromium-based browsers like Opera.

    • Chrome is different for every device. Try two or three times, because of the review space load lately in some devices.

      • I have Nokia 6(2018) …it has Android one. ..
Now it is updated to Android 10
But when I open any 3d image, it shows “couldn’t load object” ..why
        Please help!
