OnePlus 10T Launch

The OnePlus 10T has been officially launched in India and worldwide as the latest flagship smartphone within the OnePlus 10 series. The OnePlus 10T is now part that includes other OnePlus phones, including the OnePlus 10 Pro and the OnePlus 10R in the Indian smartphone market. It’s also the direct successor to OnePlus 8T, which will launch in 2020. OnePlus canceled their OnePlus 9T earlier this year, possibly due to a problem with the chip at the time. Body Design and Display

The OnePlus 10T sports the 6.7-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display that can support a 120Hz refresh rate and HDR10+. The 10T has a 10-bit panel that can keep up to 1 billion colors. The display is protected by the coating that is made up of Gorilla Glass 5. The screen also houses an on-display fingerprint scanner with a high-speed touch rate.

The OnePlus 10T is 8.75mm wide and weighs 203g. Its back is secured with Gorilla Glass 5. Additionally, it comes in two colors: Moonstone Black and Jade Green.

Specifications

The OnePlus 10T 5G has an updated Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 processor with 16GB or 8GB RAM. It is available in 256GB or 128GB, or 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. OnePlus will also offer an option of 12GB+256GB for buyers in India. The OnePlus 10T runs using OxygenOS 12.1 from the beginning.

Regarding the battery capacity, the phone packs a massive 4,800mAh battery inside the phone; however, you don’t need to be concerned about running out of battery since it is compatible with 150W SuperVOOC quick charging. The maximum power of charging in countries that use 110V outlets is 125W. The phone has an adapter that can power up to 150W in the box.

It’s the Battery Health Engine feature that the OnePlus launched on the device that minimizes the battery’s wear dramatically. About 80 percent of the battery’s capacity is predicted to last for 1600 charging cycles. OnePlus claims it will fully charge from 0 to 100 percent in 19 minutes and 28% within three minutes.

Camera MP is not only mattered in taking good quality photos. The OnePlus 10T significantly reduces camera hardware compared with the 10 Pro to keep costs low. The well-known and unsatisfactory 8MP ultrawide and 2MP macro cameras are used instead of the more sophisticated ultrawide camera and the 3x Telephoto camera. It still has the Sony IMX766 primary sensor, also used on the 10 Pro, which is impressive. It also has an optically stabilized lens and a wide f/1.8 aperture.

Price and Availability

The OnePlus 10T 5G is priced from $649 in North America for the 8GB+128GB model. The more powerful model costs $749. In the US, Pre-orders will open on September 1 at the OnePlus Store, Amazon, and Best Buy and will begin shipping on September 29.

For those from Europe, the UK, and India, The pre-orders for the new model are now open. The 8GB+128GB model is priced at EUR 699, and the 12/256GB model is priced at EUR 799. The shipment will be made on August 25.
