Acer today announced five durable Chromebooks with long battery time for students. These include Chromebook 311 and 511, Chromebook Spin 511 and 512, and Acer TravelMate Spin B3. The Chromebook 311 is powered by the MediaTek MT8183 processor, whereas Intel processors power spin 511, 512, and TravelMate. Chromebook 511 is the first Acer Chromebook powered by Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ 7c process and 4G LTE connectivity. All these laptops have some built-in feature for schools to go digital. In the future, We can expect some MediaTek 5G processors if manufacturers begin to adapt, like Snapdragon.
