Last updated on April 9, 2019 By Selva Kumar A8 Comments

Based on the feedback from users and loved by most of the reviewers, Samsung Slowly rolling out One UI 9.0 Pie to Flagship level devices like Samsung Galaxy Note 8. Initially, S10 devices released with this UI, everyone love this compare with old Samsung Customized skins. You can feel improvement If you use daily. The Settings are easy to reach with one hand. In my opinion, I hate Icons; they are Over saturated and gives cartoonist look. Samsung is new to this UI, so, we can expect Lot of improvements in upcoming days. You should use this UI. If you are already using Custom OS by Rooting, you should give a try for this. It offers 40-50% performance improvements, and you will feel speed compare with the Old OS. It is also well optimized for Samsung devices. You can easily Install this firmware using the below steps.

Flash your default Model Number, which is mentioned on the backside of your device. It means you have to flash International version of SM-N950FD.

Try with Samsung SmartSwitch. If you can’t update, you can try this manual ODIN Method. Follow the above instructions.

I have an issue with the Samsung Galaxy Note 8. Firstly three days back the network went off but after restarting a couple of times, keeping it switched off for 5 mins and again restarting … it came back 40 – 45 mins later. And the day before yesterday, the network again went off. Even after restarting and waiting for hours, it did not solve. So I tried a couple of things and then finally Factory Reset the phone. Now when I checked and tried to update, it says Processing Failed. And on the
IMEI Slot section in About phone, it is showing as “Unknown.” When I try to check the IMEI by *#06#, a black screen appears, and it hangs and shows an error com.android. The phone isn’t responding. I am not getting any signal also whereas the sim is working on other phone. When I try to open the Sim Card Manager, a black screen appears, and it hangs, the same issue as in checking the IMEI by *#06#. The airplane mode does not entirely get activated as when I click it, it just stays in the middle and does not go dark blue. Kindly advise what should be done?? What can the issue be?? Right now, the baseband version is showing “blank,,” and the IMEI slot one and slot two is showing “unknown.”
I have never rooted my device and have never fidgeted with anything inside it. Kindly guide.
    Thanks.

When you have rooted mobile, you should be careful when installing third-party apps. I think some apps script interfere with the System files. You can find your mobile model number in the back of the phone or the retail box. Flash the Near region firmware. Everything will become normal.
