Fitbit launched Inspire 3, Versa 4, and Sense 2 Smart Watches

Google has announced the new lineup of smartwatches from Fitbit. The new line of smartwatches blends the features we have come to know and love from Fitbit; however, it includes additional Google tools, including Google Maps navigation and Google Wallet. The watches are also lighter this time, which Google claims make them more comfortable to wear.

To attract buyers to buy, Google/Fitbit is giving away a six-month subscription to Fitbit Premium with the purchase of one of three new models. Fitbit Premium has more sophisticated metrics such as “Daily Readiness Score” and “Sleep Profile.” It includes more than 1,000 exercise and mindfulness sessions. After the six-month free trial, the price of Fitbit Premium will cost $9.99 per month or $79.99 throughout the year.

Fitbit Sense 2

Sense 2 is the latest top model and features a new sensor that measures the continuous activity of electrodermal stimulation (EDA). The sensor can detect your stress levels by providing metrics such as the heart rate of your body, your heart rate variation, and the temperature of your skin, all indicators of stress. The Sense 2’s sensors will alert you to the changes within your body, helping you pinpoint the triggers and adjust your lifestyle accordingly. Stress, if not addressed, can cause various illnesses, and it’s lovely to see Fitbit paying greater focus on this metric.

Similar to Versa 4, the Sense 2 can access Google Maps (with built-in GPS and GLONASS) and Google Wallet, but that will not be available at the launch time. The Sense 2 will also have an extended application with text messages, glanceable notifications, and Smart replies.

The new bands are available for the Versa 4 and the Sense 2, as well as a range of leather-wrapped bars from Brother Vellies. Its Fitbit Sense 2 promises 6-day battery life for regular use with up to five consecutive days when using continuous GPS, similar to Versa 4.

Fitbit Versa 4

Versa 3. Fitbit Versa 4 is the most focused fitness smartwatch. It comes with more than 40 exercise modes and all the health features you’d anticipate from a Fitbit. The new Versa is lighter and thinner than the previous model and includes the side button we lost in Versa 3. The downside is that Fitbit claims that the new side button’s position will facilitate use during workouts.

The watch will work on iOS and Android and has more intelligent integration with apps, like extended text, notifications, alerts that can be viewed from a glance, and thoughtful responses. The latter feature is only available on Android devices. It will also provide access to Google Maps (with built-in GPS and GLONASS) and Google Wallet However, the two are described as “coming soon.”

The Fitbit Versa 4 promises a six-day battery with regular use and five days of continuous GPS.

This is ideal if your goal is to monitor your metrics like calories burned, steps, and heart rate. It also tracks your workouts and sleeps quality by measuring blood oxygen (SpO2) and duration.

The watch’s design is an elongated black stone that makes the watch comfortable for wearing for all hours of the day with a promise of 10 days of battery life. You can, however, personalize it by choosing from a variety of vividly colored and translucent bands along with the option of a stainless steel mesh. Additionally, the clip is available to purchase, meaning you can secure the pebble to your clothing in case you want to.

The Fitbit’s latest wearables won’t cost more than the previous models; on the contrary. They’ll be a little cheaper than previous models, so if planning to upgrade, it won’t be necessary to spend more to be an avid customer.

One of the most costly, Sense 2, is now being offered for pre-order for $300 ($30 lower than the earlier model) through Fitbit’s online store and select international retailers and will be available worldwide during the season. Versa 4 sells for $230 and is set to arrive on the shelves with Sense 2 this fall. However, Versa 4 retails for $230. Both SmartWatch shipping starts on September 23, 2022.

Not to be left out, Fitbit Inspire 3 is available for pre-order at just $100, which is the same as the other two products from Fitbit. In the meantime, Fitbit Inspire 3 shipping starts on September 15, 2022.
