When a mobile company gets a huge user base, They will focus on all category users. Gaming phones is becoming a slow trend. Many popular companies begin to release gaming-focused phones. Even if they all try to release a category mobile, Only Asus and Xiaomi are popular among mobile gamers. Now Realme is planning to release their game-optimized mobile Realme GT Neo. Yes, It is another variant of the regular Realme GT 5G version. Realme planning to use MediaTek Dimensity 1200 processor in this device. It will be the first mobile with Dimensity 1200 processor. Also, Realme GT Neo will release on March 31, 2021.

Realme GT Neo will release on March 31, 2021, with MediaTek Dimensity 1200 processor

One of the most successful Smartphone company Realme announced and released his new phone. At an event in China, Realme unveiled its next flagship smartphone, the Realme GT 5G. It has also been announced that the lite version of the phone, the Realme GT Neo, will be released later this month and will run on the MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC. According to Realme VP Xu Qi, the Realme GT Neo, the Realme GT’s lite version, will be released on March 31 at 2.30 PM.

Realme GT 5G Specs

The GT 5G comes with various features and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 Chipset paired with Adreno 660GPU. And this phone is the world’s cheapest Snapdragon 888 phone. It has some unique design patterns; it has a 6.43-inch full HD+ Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. This Smartphone packs 8 or 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 128 or 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage.

In terms of camera, the Realme GT supports a Triple camera setup on the rear in a rectangular module at the top left corner, including an LED flash. The Rear camera includes 64 MP, f/1.8, 26mm (wide), 1/1.73″, 0.8µm, PDAF, 8 MP, f/2.3, 16mm, 119˚ (ultrawide), 1/4.0″, 1.12µm, 2 MP, f/2.4, (macro).

At the front, it has a 16 MP, f/2.5, 26mm (wide), 1/3.0″, 1.0µm selfie camera under the hole punch at the top left corner. This Handset runs in Android 11 with Realme MIUI 2.0 Skin. Realme GT comes backed by a 4500mAh battery, and it also supports 65W fast charging.

Realme GT has been priced in China for 8GB RAM + 128GB ROM in ¥2007.99. The 12GB + 256GB option is priced at ¥3,299.

Realme GT Neo 5G Specs

Realme GT Neo will come with MediaTek Dimensity 1200 Chipset. The Octa-core Dimensity 1200 SoC is one of the fastest smartphone CPUs ever. The 3GHz Arm Cortex-A78 response immediately, with up to 22% faster CPU performance. Also with 25% more power-efficient compare with the previous generation. This Chipset supports up to 168Hz display rate.

MediaTek Hyper Engine 3.0 Gaming technology will enhance the Smartphone gaming experience with better-tuned connectivity and reliability features.

And Some rumors revealed GT Neo would come with a 6.55-inch curved display also backed with a 4400mAh dual cell Battery, and it also supports 5G. Based on Rumors, this phone also has a triple camera setup with an LED flash in the Rear.

Apart from this, no other information about this phone has been released. It remains to be seen to what extent Realme’s MediaTek Chipset will lend a hand. Only now are some smartphone companies showing interest in using MediaTek’s chipsets. So in the future, we will see more and more phones using MediaTek Chipsets.
