What More?

In my opinion, you don’t need rooting for your Samsung Galaxy A10. If you thought, you could Improve Performance By root; With the Exynos 7884 Octa-Core processor and 2 GB RAM, your device can perform well. If you don’t know how much RAM you need, You will never use this much RAM. You should not Boot into Normal OS Booting, by pressing the power button, after firmware flash. It will boot you to Non-Rooted environment. If you accidentally urged and boot frequently, Don’t panic, after setup everything, switch off your device and boot into Rooted OS using above mentioned keys. If you root your device, because of the battery drain issues, you can optimize your battery without root.

    Hey, thanks for the article!
    A question of understanding, though:
Why do we have to patch the boot image file with Magisk?
What does the patching do with the file?
And is there a way to patch on the PC without the phone?

    Thanks!

After the Pie Update, Samsung added a lot of Security measures. So, We can’t flash TWRP directly to root our mobile. We have to modify the Boot file of your OS. That’s where magisk comes to help us. So, using this method, we can get root access without TWRP. When we want TWRP, we can flash using ODIN. But, Without modifying firmware, we can’t flash TWRP.

        Hey, thanks for your answer!
Also: is there a way to patch the files without access to the phone? Like on the PC?
The thing is, I used a different guide earlier to flash TWRP with Odin. Unfortunately, that bricked my phone, so that it now boots directly into download mode.
I can still access it with Odin, which gives me the hope of being able to repair it if I can flash the correct files. Just cant patch them with Magisk, as I can’t boot my phone properly 🙁

        Thanks

You can use any phone to patch the firmware. The thing is You should only flash the Patched firmware in Correct model. You can also use Android Emulators to Install magisk and patch the Firmware.

            Hey,
            thanks for the answer!
So if I want to run magisk on an emulator to patch the firmware, does it have to run the same processor, etc. to emulate the right model.
Do you know a good emulator that can do that?

            Thanks

I have a solution for your problem; once you flash twrp or ROMs, make sure you’re [OEM SHOULD BE ENABLE]on your developer options whenever you restart or switch off your phone stock at boot animations. Make sure you check “OEM”is enable or not that the reason behind our phone bricked again.

    Hey Selva,
    Just a quick, curious question…
If the TWRP works for SM-A105G? From what I knew so far(as of the time this message was written), it only works for Exynos or SM-A105F model only right? Want to make sure if it’s working, would’ve performed the September security patch of a firmware update of my SM-A105G with TWRP… Anyway, a bunch of thanks in advance for the above info, such an awesome one, mine pleasurable of appreciation for saying that it doesn’t mind to update me whether the TWRP is working on SM-A105G please & thumbs up to you yeah…

I can see a lot of excitement in your comment..:) Yes, You can root your mobile using this method, A10 mobiles comes with Exynos 7884 processor. So, We can root our mobiles. But, If it is your first time, Read the full article so that you can make arrangements before the process. In my opinion, If you root for Custom ROMs, There is no official ROMs are available. So, It is better to stay with this one UI. If you root for using root apps, you can try the VMOS Virtual Root App before this method.

We mentioned earlier; This method is not like a regular Samsung Rooting method. You should carefully patch and flash the exact firmware file first. Without flashing the patched firmware file, you can’t install the TWRP. After the Unlock Bootloader process, If you got grey OEM to unlock, wait for 3-4 Days. In rare situations, It can happen. You can enable the OEM after these days.

You know mobile and computer-related topics. So, I think I can explain it to you quickly. We can’t change IME using the Root method, which is hardware related. You have to contact the nearby service center regarding this.

If you lock the bootloader, most of the root apps will not work. It also affects the Superuser permissions.

Try with FLashify. It helps you stay on Root with latest firmware version.

Bro. I have a problem. Can I backup data from twrp on your phone? My phone can’t backup. Because data encrypt.
