  1. after flashed and went to recovery I can’t access recovery I got boot-loader alert then I must click on the power button to continue

    • After the flash, Press Volume Down+Power to exit download mode, Immediately press the mentioned combination keys to boot into recovery.

    • If you are talking about TWRP or Custom Recovery, this method is based on Magisk. You can use only root apps and can’t install custom ROMs.

  2. Hi Selva
Can I convert my Samsung SM-A715W (Canada) to International Model SM-A715F to utilize the dual sim capability?

    • Unlike other Samsung mobiles, A715F and A715W both come with Snapdragon 730 processor. Usually, the “F” variant always comes with the Exynos processor. But your mobile should have a Dual SIM tray to support the firmware. You are asking a pure experimental method. Take complete backup first.

      • Hi Selva. Thanks for your reply. As the bootloader is open (oem unlock) on the International variants and locked (not available) on both the Canadian and US versions are additional steps required to prevent bricking i.e. are other patches and img files required in addition to the AP.tar.md5 to LZ4 conversion to .img file you mentioned?

        • Can you enable USB debugging? Since it is a Magisk patched method flashing other carrier-related files using ODIN may brick your mobile.

          • Yes, it can enable USB debugging. However, I checked the PIT files, and they are identical for both SM-A715W and SM-A715F, with the only difference is the filename. I am wondering about the recovery.img file how to ensure that it is correctly configured for the SM-A715W to SM-A715F conversion because it suspects it will be different for SM-A715F to SM-A715F conversion because of the international variants. Any thoughts?
