T-Mobile slowly starts to Shut Down its Physical Stores. Laying off employees from a company gradually becomes standard procedure. Since T-mobile shut down its physical Stores slowly and moved towards a different approach based on Digital Sales, They revamped and closed the existing Stores. Verizon announced layoffs in August following a weak second quarter, and AT&T also made cuts in December to focus on high-growth areas such as 5G and fiber internet. As per the existing details, T-Mobile is not the only company to have made job cuts. T-Mobile gives few options for Manager level employees, and there are no precise details about other employees.

It has announced that it will shut down its physical stores and change its distribution channels. The move comes as the company looks to focus more on its digital presence and reduce costs. The company plans to shift its focus to its website, mobile app and authorized retailers.
