• You can turn off the apps based on their adb package names. The command below will give you the package names.

• adb shell pm list packages

• You can exclude unwanted apps based on their title. After that, use the am force-stop and pm turn-off commands with the Application package name.

• You can enter the commands individually or all commands by hitting Enter. You can get the application package name in the lay Store URL. It will start with com. I Instagram. Android like that.

• am force-stop package name(e.g: com.sprint.w.installer)

      pm disable-user package name
