Why OnePlus 8/Z Lite Series?

Even if OnePlus considered a reputed brand and people trust their mobiles, the main motto of the brand budget-friendly flagship term is not making sense now. Most of the manufacturers, in real view, hate to provide high price range flagship mobiles. But, they have to do this to stand in the competition line. But, to give and maintain value, they introduce lite versions to experience flagship-level features other than the processor. Samsung launched the Samsung Galaxy S10 lite version with flagship-level Qualcomm SM8150 Snapdragon 855 processor. Google introduces Pixel 3a comes under $400. Now Apple introduced iPhone SE2 with Apple A13 Bionic processor with the price range from $399. So, Every manufacturer knows mid-range space is a demand one. Can OnePlus 8 Lite make better sales?

OnePlus 8 and 8 Pro doesn’t satisfy users like past years. There are a lot of reasons for that. Price is one of the main reasons. OnePlus can’t lower the flagship mobile series price, and It won’t happen. So, to gain valuable users again, they have to introduce the Upper mid-range price value mobile with reasonable specs. Thus they are working on new OnePlus 8 Lite/OnePlus Z series. I hope OnePlus will make the best sales in the new “Z” series. OnePlus is not alone in the Lite version idea. Samsung is coming with the Samsung Galaxy A90 5G. iPhone already released iPhone SE2 for $399. So, they have massive competition here. 5G technology alone can’t help OnePlus. They have the better OS and user trust in past years. So, they can win.

Wrap Up

OnePlus always wanted to stick with the user side. That’s why OnePlus become a successful company within a few years. But, Due to the hype and competition, they have to go for their motto limits. Thus, the price goes beyond real value. When a mobile has IP rating and Wireless charging, the price is always high. To provide better value, Verizon carrier OnePlus 8 comes with an IP rating. Unlocked regular mobiles don’t have an IP rating. Considering wireless charging, OnePlus implemented real fast wireless charging in their OnePlus 8 Pro. It is a useful invention. But, the truth is most of the OnePlus users don’t bother about the Wireless charging because the WARP charger is performing well. So, They have to provide the mobiles in a reasonable price range again. What are your thoughts on the upcoming OnePlus 8 Lite? Comment below.
